Intermediate - Advanced |  Ages 12 and up  

 

Detroit Opera is happily partnering with with the world-renowned dance artists we are presenting on our stage to provide masterclasses for local dancers to improve their knowledge, technique and exposure to the professionals. Our Dance @ Detroit Opera masterclasses are open to dancers that meet the specified requirements and are free with a corresponding ticket stub to that weekend’s performances (or $15 without a ticket stub). Masterclasses take place in the Margo V. Cohen Center for Dance in the Ford Center for Learning at the Detroit Opera House. Pre-registration is required.
 

Please note: This masterclass is free to attend if you have a ticket to any performance of Stars of American Ballet on October 18-19, 2025. If you already have a ticket, please contact our box office at 313.237.7464 to register for the masterclass. 

Box Office Hours
The Detroit Opera Box Office is generally open Monday through Friday, 10AM to 5PM. Hours may change during Broadway runs. For our current hours, please visit our Box Office page here.
The Box Office will be open two hours before all performances held at the Detroit Opera House. Secondary venues may differ.
